After your payment is verified a shipment notification email will be sent to the registered email address containing tracking information of the package.
We do ship to P.O. Box Address or APO/FPOs however the Customer is responsible for shipping charges under all circumstances. If a package is returned to us, the Customer will be responsible for return shipping.
At checkout you will be redirected to PayPal if you choose to use this payment method. Fully register for a PayPal account if you have not already done so. Enter in card information. Once payment is accepted you will receive a conformation email.
Your shipping fee during Checkout is an *estimated quoted* price.
If more charges are required then the customer will be responsible to pay additional shipping charges.
All orders placed before 1 pm (EST) will have priority for same day processing and will be attempted to be shipped out same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm (EST) will be processed the next business day.
In some circumstances we may require an additonal 1-2 business days to process your order due to high order volumes or Credit Card Verification.

When checking out your order, we offer an Estimated Delivery date. These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated Delivery date does not include several factors including Processing time in our warehouse - how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for your shipment. Some orders may take longer to process/assemble before we are able to ship them.

If your order is lost or stolen a UPS or USPS claim will be filed on your behalf by us. After the Claim is filed and completed by UPS or USPS, the conclusion of the investigation will determine whether a Full Refund will be given. The Customer must wait for the claim to be finished before any refunds are processed.

All items purchased from bejewelldboutique.com are eligible for only an exchange if there is a manufacture defect for your items.
You are allowed 2 business days from the date you received your order to request an exchange for a manufacture defective item. Please make sure to check your items upon receiving. We will not accept any exchanges past the 2-business day mark.
We will reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.
Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, visible stains) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.
Please note that if you return items to us without authorization your account will be terminated.
All Returns must be the entire pack, example if the item comes in 3 pieces. You must return all 3 piece, we will not allow for you to keep 1 or 2 pieces. You must return the entire pack.
In the event you recieve the wrong item we will issue you a return label for you to ship back the incorrect item, if the correct item is available we will allow you to repurchase or exchange for the correct item. If the correct item is not in stock a refund or store credit will be issued.
Failure to adhere to our Returns Policy will result in the termination of your account
BeJewellD Boutique will not consider a size issue as a manufacture defect.
